I enjoy working with preteens, teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges while trying to better understand themselves. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship stress, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. I especially enjoy helping neurodivergent individuals build on their strengths while discovering strategies that fit the way they think and experience the world.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I believe you shouldn’t have to walk into your first session feeling like you need to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your current challenges, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change. I enjoy using everyday examples and metaphors to make complex concepts easier to understand because I believe that greater self-understanding often becomes the foundation for growth.

My work is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychoeducation, Family Systems, and Play-Based Interventions when appropriate. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique strengths, experiences, goals, and learning style. I enjoy helping clients understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences so they can build healthier coping skills and greater confidence in themselves.

I believe therapy isn’t about fixing people. It’s about understanding the story behind what they’re experiencing. Life can sometimes feel like a tapestry full of knots, and therapy gives us the opportunity to slow down, gently untangle those knots, and discover new ways of moving forward. My hope is that you leave each session not only feeling heard, but also with practical skills, new perspectives, and confidence in your ability to continue growing long after therapy has ended.
