I am the Clinical Director at Renovation Mental Health Services and have over 10 years of experience working with kids and adults. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno and my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. In addition to providing therapy, I provide clinical supervision and training for emerging therapists.
I work with people seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and emotional regulation. I also have extensive experience working with veterans, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating complex emotional or behavioral patterns. Whether you’re facing a current challenge or trying to better understand long-standing struggles, I provide a supportive space to gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both science and genuine human connection. Drawing from CBT, DBT, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and neuroscience, I help clients understand how their life experiences, relationships, brain development, and nervous system shape the way they think, feel, and respond to the world. I believe that understanding the “why” behind our struggles can reduce self-criticism and open the door to lasting change. My goal is to help clients develop practical skills, deeper self-awareness, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
